Nina S. Stout

Nina Stout is the owner and founder of SYMPLE wellness™ and is excited to be joining the team at Delta S Performance in the capacity of Functional Clinical Nutritionist. Nina holds a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist® and a Certified Personal Trainer. Nina also works as a Medical Science Liaison for one of the top professional-grade, nutraceutical companies in the world. 

Nina’s career in the health and wellness field spans close to twenty years. She has coached women, men, adolescents, and elite athletes in all areas of nutrition including digestive, hormone, energy, cognitive function, and weight management. In addition to running her own coaching practice, Nina has developed and delivered over forty wellness workshops for corporations, hospitals, sports teams, community centers, and private groups. Nina credits the two years she worked in Denver, CO alongside one of the top integrative physicians in the field and the two years of IIN Immersion with Joshua Rosenthal as instrumental to her development as a functional nutritionist and health coach. 

Nina is a published author with her own title, Chocolate Alchemy. She has written articles for the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) newsletter — Nourishing Bytes — and for Grown and Flown. Nina maintains professional membership with NANP where she participates on the continuing education review board.
